🖨️ What kind of printing methods do you use?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for all our apparel.
This technique works much like digital printing on paper — except it uses eco-friendly, water-based inks that bond directly with the fabric fibers.
The result: vibrant colors, smooth prints, and lasting durability.
🧺 How should I wash my PeakTide tee?
To keep your t-shirt looking its best for years:
✅ Wash inside out to protect the print
✅ Use cold water and a mild detergent
✅ Tumble dry low or air dry
✅ Avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the design

📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll work quickly to make it right.
🧾 Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

You can request an order modification or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.
Requests made outside business hours will be handled as soon as possible.

If your order is missing an item or component, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
We’ll verify the issue and send a replacement for the missing item.
