Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition in your email.
To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges & Store Credit
We do not accept exchanges. Please verify all details before completing your purchase.
If you have any issues, our support team will be happy to assist.

Cancellations & Order Modifications
Cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
Requests made outside of this window or outside business hours may not be eligible for modification.

Incomplete Orders / Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or with missing items, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
Provide your order number and, if applicable, photo or video proof.
Once verified, we’ll send replacements for any missing components.
